Fees are charged for our consultation, research, and coordination services — not for the underlying TV or internet service, which is billed separately by the provider.
4. No Guarantee of Service Availability
We do not guarantee that any particular service, provider, or plan will be available at your address. Service availability is determined solely by the respective providers and may vary by location. We will make our best efforts to identify available options in your area.
5. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about service plans and pricing. However, pricing, features, and availability are subject to change by the providers at any time without notice. We are not liable for any discrepancies between the information we provide and the actual services or pricing offered by providers.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tech Parts LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any service disruptions by third-party providers
