1. Consultation Services

Tech Parts LLC provides consultation services to help consumers compare and choose TV, internet, and phone service plans. Our fees are for the consultation and coordination services we provide — not for the underlying services provided by third-party carriers or internet providers.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If we have collected payment and failed to deliver the agreed consultation services, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your consultation request within 24 hours of placing your order and before any consultation has been provided, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Unavailable in Your Area: If we are unable to identify any suitable service options in your location after accepting payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Consultation services have been fully rendered and delivered
  • You have chosen to change your mind after a consultation has been completed
  • Issues arising from the third-party provider's services, pricing changes, or installation problems
  • Dissatisfaction with the third-party provider's service after enrollment
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the consultation service was rendered

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your consultation service date using one of the following methods:

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Third-Party Provider Refunds

Tech Parts LLC is not responsible for and cannot process refunds for charges made directly by TV or Internet service providers. If you have a billing dispute with your provider, you must contact them directly. We can assist you in locating the appropriate contact for your provider if needed.
